The apartments lie in the quiet Klopein district of St. Kanzian am Klopeiner See. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, while Turnersee and Kleinsee are just a few minutes away by car. Via the A2 southern motorway (exit Völkermarkt Ost) you can reach us comfortably from Graz (1.5 h), Vienna (3 h) or Klagenfurt (30 min). It's also a short trip from Slovenia and northern Italy.

Prices & Booking
All prices per night, depending on apartment and length of stay.
In high season from mid-June to the end of August, Lake Klopein is at its finest, with water temperatures up to 28°C. The mid season in May, June and September offers quieter days with great weather – ideal for hiking and cycling. From October to April, many guests take advantage of the attractive low-season prices for long stays – ask me about monthly rates!

How far is it to Lake Klopein?
The beach at Lake Klopein is about 10 minutes on foot. By bike you're there in 3 minutes.
Is there a pool?
Yes! All guests have access to the swimming pool with lawn, sun umbrellas and a BBQ area.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Dogs are welcome in all apartments. Large garden, lawn and walking paths right from the front door. Just let me know at booking that your furry friend is coming along.
How do I get there by train?
Take the Koralmbahn or Westbahn to Kühnsdorf-Klopeiner See station. From there the Postbus runs directly to our front door (stop Quellweg 6). My Green Deal gives you a 5% discount for this too!
What time is check-in?
Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Other times possible by arrangement.
Is there an EV charging station?
Yes! Type 2 charging station with 11 kW right at the car park.
How do I pay?
30% deposit on booking, the rest 14 days before arrival – by bank transfer, PayPal or also in cash on site.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi in all apartments.
Who runs the apartments?
The Presslauer-Mori family – since the 1960s, now in the third generation. I (Florian) look after Haus Stefanie, Irmgard & Hannes take care of Haus Irmgard. More about us →
Is there a bakery delivery service?
Yes! You can order until 6 pm the day before and get fresh pastries delivered to your door by 8 am.
