Check-in: from 2:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am

Payment

Deposit: 30% of the total amount within 7 days of the booking confirmation.

Balance: 14 days before arrival. That way you don't need any cash on site.

Payment methods:

• Bank transfer (you'll receive the bank details with the booking confirmation or balance request)
• PayPal (via our online booking system)
• Cash payment on site is of course possible on request

Local tax: The local tax is separate and is to be paid on site.

We recommend taking out travel insurance: Europäische Reiseversicherung

Cancellation

The following applies for cancellations or early departure:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 30 to 14 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee (deposit forfeited)
• Less than 14 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee
• No-show: 100% of the total amount

In the event of early departure, the full rental amount is charged.

In addition, the AGBH 2006 of the Austrian Hoteliers' Association apply.
